ICTL CORP TECHNOLOGY is a technology company that runs eight technology divisions as one team. Security is the core discipline; software, infrastructure, data, and growth are what we built around it, because clients kept needing the next thing done by people they already trusted.

The company grew out of security work: hunting exposed credentials on dark web markets, breaking into systems before attackers do, and keeping infrastructure quietly running. DarkStream, our breach intelligence platform, is that discipline turned into a product.

Defending software teaches you how it fails. So we build it the way we would want to attack-test it: full-stack applications, interfaces made to be used, and data pipelines that end in decisions rather than storage.
